암줄기세포

연구 내용

본 연구실에서는 위암, 간암, 담도암, 췌장암 등의 고형암을 대상으로 진단 및 치료기술 개발에 역점을 두고 있다. 특히 암줄기세포에 기반한 진단 및 치료기술을 개발하고자 한다. 암조직이나 암줄기세포를 이용하여, 차세대염기서열을 통해 RNA-Seq, MBD-Seq, Exome-Seq, WES 등을 시행하여, 핵심적인 분자세포생물학적 기전 및 바이오마커를 발굴하고, 이에 바탕을 둔 진단 및 치료기술을 개발하고자 한다. 암줄기세포와 주변 미세환경과의 상호작용, 줄기세포 유지기작 규명, 오가노이드 배양 등에 관한 연구도 포괄한다. 또한 TCGA, ICGC, COSMIC 등과 같은 빅데이터 분석을 하여, 바이오마커의 유용성을 확인하며, 또한 나노과학 및 공학과의 공동연구를 통해 진단 및 치료기술 개발을 하고자 한다.
