연구 내용

1. Gut Exposome(네트워크독성): 환경 및 식이 노출의 최전선인 점막 특히 소화기 점막장벽은 점막 면역시스템의 핵심적 인식 영역이다. 이들 점막장벽 환경 및 마이크로바이오타, 식이대사체, 미생물독소 등 생물 화학적 요인과 숙주요인과의 상호작용을 생물정보학적 방법을 융합한 통합적으로 분석 예측.

2. Mucosal Network(병태스트레스 수리정보해석): 점막 환경 스트레스의 세포 감지자로서 리보솜은 통합스트레스 반응(ISR)의 핵심적 세포 네트워크 기구이다. 특히 점막에서의 미생물 및 화학노출체에 의한 점막 면역반응 및 장벽환경구성에 있어 리보솜 ISR 네트워크를 수리 정보시스템 기반의 질환병태경로(Adverse Outcome Pathway) 규명.
